The world's only wild safari park inside a capital city, with lions, rhinos and giraffes against the skyline.
About
Just 7 km from the CBD, Nairobi National Park shelters lions, leopards, black rhinos, buffalo, giraffes and over 400 bird species. Early-morning game drives deliver the classic view of grazing zebra with high-rises behind them. Entrance is paid per person plus vehicle.
History
Established in 1946 as Kenya's first national park, it remains an important sanctuary for the critically endangered black rhino.
