Hell's Gate National Park
Cycle or walk between red cliffs and geysers, then hike the Ol Njorowa Gorge. One of the few Kenyan parks you can explore on foot or by bike.

Hell's Gate has no big predators, so you can cycle past zebra, giraffe and buffalo beneath towering cliffs. The Ol Njorowa Gorge hike ends at steaming vents. Start early and carry water.
Local tip
Hire a bike at the gate. Leave Nairobi before 06:30 to avoid traffic.
